Roadtrippin’

Hey readers sorry that I have been MIA, but the past two days me and my roommate have been on an adventure in her car. We road tripped all the way to the lovely little state of Maryland!!!!

We hit 6 states on this lovely road trip! We started in Alabama then we were in Georgia for like 30 minutes, just the tip of the state. Next was Tennessee where we got to see a little bit of Chattanooga and Knoxville [Nikki's least favorite place to drive through]. Then we made it in Virginia, where we spend the night at Virginia Tech with a friend of Nikki’s [who graduated college yesterday, shout out to Christina Ritter!] Then we hit the road early the next day and we drove a little bit in West Virginia, hopped back into Virginia and finally we came to the lovely state of Maryland!

3. planning road trips for the summer with the roomie!
I am soo soo soo excited to be going on road trips this summer! One because they are on my list of things to do before I’m 25 and because I think they will be so much fun! Don’t you?

4. I am in love with colored jeans, pants any bottoms really, and these J. Crew capris are number 1 on my way too long lust list! Too bad it is wayyyyy too hot in Tuscaloosa.

5. New laptop background. To motivate me in this new adventure I have taken on in selling my jewelry.

Finals Week….. need I say more

As hump day arrives during finals week I find myself to be more burnt out then ever. I am so sleep as I write this post but I need to stay up because things need to be done.
The apartment has gotten into shambles, thank goodness we did some of the dished yesterday! But my crafting well mine and Nikki’s crafting is a little crazy right now. Just saying. If you haven’t already read, I make my own jewelry [ill chat about that later with you all] BACK to finals. I have one more exam and it isn’t till Friday morning at 8am. I have no clue what to do with myself until, i should study because it’s a cumulative stats exam the exam. But so far I have beaded and decided to write this post.
I hope everyone is having a better study week then I am.

Have safe travels home or to where ever your summer endeavors take you, while I sit here in my love Tuscaloosa apartment all summer. Roll Tide.

We all write letters…. well we should. We should write thank yous and little notes to friends and family for birthdays and such [i know many people just buy the hallmark cards] but think how much more a hand written letter would be to someone?

The best handwritten, thought out letters are put on monogrammed stationary. A handwritten note carries so much more meaning then a single line e-mail or a three word text.  In this world handwritten notes are slim to none and that makes one that much more special.

• Smythson of Bond Street: This luxury based company has been the foremost British stationary since the early 1900s.  Beside the simple monogrammed stationary, they also have the elaborate bespoke pieces with personalized boarders. If you want to go over the top this is the one for you.

Being the photographer!

I have always wanted to take pictures of my jewelry, so I called up some of my dancer friends from high school and I made it happen! Me, my jewelry, my little photography skills, and two of my excited dance friends it came to life!

This was so much fun! I hope I get to do something like this again!

Hi dears,

I hope this post is finding you well and happy, I just thought I would drop a post while I was chillin in the library. I have been busy busy with school work and beading! [ill have pictures up soon fingers crossed] And it sounds like I will be setting up a new blog soon!!?!?!?! Should be interesting.
So recently on Pinterest I have been pinning ideas for our new apartment next year! I am so excited to be able to redesign again you have no idea[and to actually have a closet]. And I thought I would share some of my ideas, inspirations with my lovely readers.
